    We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a large, multi-location workforce. What You’ll Do Process weekly payroll for 2,100+ salaried and hourly employees across multiple plants Generate and analyze payroll reports using Excel, ADP Workforce Now, and Paycom Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation of payroll data Handle garnishments, terminations, tax notices, benefit changes, and related functions Coordinate payments to benefit providers (health, retirement, etc.) Respond to inquiries from employees, plant teams, and leadership Oversee a Payroll Administrator and guide plant management on payroll processes Maintain audit readiness and support internal/external payroll audits What We’re Looking For 7+ years of direct payroll experience Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or Paycom Experience with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance High level of confidentiality and data security awareness Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical ability Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Read Less

    The Bachrach Group is partnered with one of the leading oilfield services organizations on their search for a OFFICE COORDINATOR (Tax Division) . This role offers great benefits, stability and a very collaborative culture in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as an OFFICE COORDINATOR, accounting / finance / tax assistant or similar roles as well as advanced Excel skills. A degree is strongly preferred, HS/GED is required.
