    A DAY IN YOUR TAZIKIS LIFE


    As a Kitchen Team Member, your day starts with the heart of what we do prepping fresh ingredients to become extraordinary meals. Say good morning to your team, grab your prep sheet, and dive in. Youll spend a couple of hours checking the quality of your products and following the recipes for your station, and (as is the Tazikis way!) cleaning your dishes and your station as you go. Before the doors open for lunch, youll work as a team to prepare catering orders and then set up your station on the line. Next, youll welcome guests (say hello!) and make fresh meals to order alongside your line team for both Dine-In and Take-Out. Once the rush has passed, you may have a bit more prepping to do to set up your evening team, you might run the line with your manager during our Thru period, or you might grab a tablet and do some online training courses to learn a new station or aim for a leadership role.

    If youre on the evening team, youll check your station when you arrive in the afternoon to make sure youre set for dinner service. Get the hand-off from your morning team and see if you have any items to prep. Youll welcome our dinner guests and produce lots of delicious meals for families to take home with our popular Off-Premise options. As the night winds down, youll clean and organize your products and equipment, making sure all is good to go for the busy morning crew. Say goodnight to your team, be proud of all the people you fed today, and come back tomorrow to make it happen again!

    YOUR ACTIVITIES

    A Day in Your Taziki's Life

    As a Grill Cook, your day kicks off with the heart of our operation - prepping fresh ingredients for exceptional meals. You'll greet your team, review the prep sheet, and dive into the tasks ahead.     Your Activities

    As a Grill Cook, you'll be responsible for your prep and your station.     Your Talents

    While previous cooking experience is preferred, it's not required! We value your passion, work ethic, and ability to operate kitchen equipment. Good communication skills and a Food Handler's card are necessary, and you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, both working independently and collaborating with the team. Previous experience is a plus with Char-grills, Flat Top grills, knife handling skills and time management as well as great communication.

    As a Hospitality Team Member, your day starts with the heart of what we do helping the team prep delicious food! Say hello to your team, grab your prep sheet, and dive in. You may have some pita to season or cookies to bake - the best smelling job in the house! Then youll check the Dining Room and guest areas to make sure they are clean, stocked, and beautiful. Before the doors open for lunch, youll work as a team to assemble catering orders and get your register areas ready. Next, youll welcome guests (get to know your regulars by name!) and place both Dine-In and Take-Out orders for them. When you hear Runner!, you know its time to take a hungry guest their order - but check it closely, because youre the last line of defense for a perfect meal! On your way back to the kitchen, see if you can clear any dishes or tidy up the Dining Room so guests can enjoy it.
