    We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Full-Time Property Administrator to support the daily operations of two townhome communities located in Mahwah and Pompton Plains, New Jersey. This position will work closely with the Property Manager, residents, Board members, vendors, and contractors to ensure that administrative and community matters are handled efficiently and professionally. Salary range $50,000-$55,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to resident telephone calls, emails, and service requestsProvide administrative support to the Property Manager and Boards of DirectorsPrepare community correspondence, notices, mailings, and meeting materialsCreate and track work orders, maintenance requests, and resident concernsCommunicate with vendors and follow up on proposals, scheduling, and completed workMaintain homeowner, vendor, insurance, and community recordsProcess invoices and assist with account and payment inquiriesTrack violations and prepare correspondence in accordance with community proceduresAssist with architectural applications, move-in information, and other resident requestsAttend occasional Board meetings or community events as neededPerform other administrative duties related to the operation of the communities

    Qualifications:

    Previous administrative, property management, condominium, or HOA experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple assignments and prioritiesProfessional and courteous when communicating with residents and Board membersProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to learn property management softwareValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to travel between the Mahwah and Pompton Plains communities\nCompany Description

    We are seeking an experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multiple townhome community. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and capable of developing strong working relationships with residents, Board members, vendors, and contractors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
