    This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced community association environment.

    Salary $105,000-$110,000

    Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large active adult community. Work closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies and achieve community goals. Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes. Develop and monitor operating and reserve budgets. Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is well maintained. Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations. Work collaboratively with accounting, legal counsel, engineers, and other professionals. Qualifications Experience managing a large-scale community is strongly preferred. Active adult community management experience is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.     Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend emergency response as needed.

    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the community's buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to residents.

    ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain the community boiler system during the heating season.Perform general building maintenance and repairs.Complete light plumbing and electrical repairs, including changing fixtures, smoke detectors, and bleeding radiators.Perform basic carpentry and painting.Maintain common areas, offices, and grounds in a clean and safe condition.Assist with seasonal maintenance, including supplemental snow and ice control.Safely use ladders and perform work at heights when required.Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager.QualificationsBlack Seal Boiler Operator License (Required)Minimum of 2 years of facilities or building maintenance experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid New Jersey driver's licenseWorking knowledge of building maintenance systems and repair techniquesStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well with residents and coworkersCompensation & Benefits$27.00 – $33.50 per hour, based on experienceHealth benefitsStable, full-time employmentProfessional and supportive work environment
