    About the Role

    The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Strategic Account Director and the broader sales organization. This position focuses on lead generation, account mapping, RFI/RFP coordination, quoting, and pipeline management through Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and proactive in driving new business opportunities and strengthening relationships within the hyperscale and data center markets.

    What You'll Do

    Business Development & Account Support

    Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of new opportunities.Map organizational structures within hyperscale and enterprise accounts to identify key decision-makers and influencers.Assist with the creation of targeted outreach emails.Support follow-up communications with customers and partners to maintain momentum in the sales cycle.

    Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

    Manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy of all deal data, stages, and forecasts.Coordinate with the Strategic Account Director on prioritization of key pursuits and renewal opportunities.Track customer interactions, meeting notes, and next steps to ensure complete visibility of the pipeline.

    RFI/RFP & Quoting Coordination

    Support the response process for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring timely and complete submissions.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and operations to gather required information.Review project specifications, scope documents, and drawings for consistency and alignment with Tate's products.Ensure quotations and cost summaries meet internal margin and approval requirements.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner with operations and project management teams to ensure accurate order processing and project handoff.Maintain clear communication channels between sales, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.Participate in team meetings, trade shows, and customer events as needed.

    Additional Expectation

    Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.What You'll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience required.35 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.Experience in the data center, hyperscale or manufacturing sectors preferred.Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms), Microsoft Excel, and quoting tools.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects and deadlines.Willingness to travel occasionally (1025%) for trade shows or customer visits.What You'll GetPay range: $90,000 USD to $120,000 USD.     Basic Purpose

    The entry level Assembler is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to assemble parts in the Containment department. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Containment department.

    Responsibilities
    Has working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Containment department. Assembles containment doors, partitions, and other products per product specifications. Detects faulty materials used to assemble parts and reports findings to the Team Leader or Supervisor. Completes production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required. Uses banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of product or material. Performs other duties as assigned or directed by Team Leader or Supervisor. Maintains good housekeeping and follows established safety procedures. Follows all policies, procedures, and work instructions including Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and Safety Manual. Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
    Qualifications
    High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience. Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions. Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively unassisted for an 8-hour shift. Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges. Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment or parts and work near moving mechanical parts.
