We are seeking a reliable and experienced Deli Associate to work evening and night shifts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, and platters, provides excellent customer service, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Prepare made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and heroesAssemble cold platters (sandwich, meat, cheese, and specialty platters)Prepare fresh salads and fresh-squeezed juices/smoothiesTake customer orders and communicate clearly and respectfully in EnglishMaintain a clean and sanitary deli, prep area, and equipmentFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesRestock ingredients and prep items for the next shiftOperate deli equipment safely (slicers, blenders, juice machines)Work independently during slower night hours and efficiently during rushesKeep knowledge of stocked goods and inventoryRequirements
Previous deli or food service experience preferredExperience with sandwiches, salads, juices, and plattersMust speak and understand EnglishWilling and able to work night shiftsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbsSchedule
