The Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Electronic Health Records (EHRS) Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive training program for staff and supervisors on artificial intelligence (AI), Copilot, and related systems (including EPIC, AVATAR, Call Center, and RCM). This role ensures that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use AI and EHRS tools responsibly and effectively in their daily work, in alignment with organizational policies and evolving technology.

BA/BS degree in Education, Data Science, Business, Finance Analysis, Information Technology or related field or 2 years of experience training in EHRS or AI concepts.Proven experience in training coordination, instructional design, or technology adoption—preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings.Strong understanding of AI concepts, digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Teams, EHR platforms), and adult learning principles.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.SETTING

Clinical Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for supervising counselors and case managers involved in direct patient care. Provide direct service, including individual, couple/family or group psychotherapy, consultations, and crisis intervention. Implement the treatment philosophy of Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. EDUCATION
A Masters or Doctorate degree in social work, counseling, psychology or social science. Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW, MFT, or LPCC.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) year experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis. Prior supervisory experience.

Provides individual counseling, group facilitation and crisis intervention as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the juvenile justice system. Counselor will be working as a substance use counselor within Barry J. Nidorff Juvenile Hall as part of a funded contract with TTC. Counselor will exclusively serve currently incarcerated youth and young adults within the SYTF population. Counselor will be responsible for completing assessment screeners with youth and developing appropriate treatment schedule based on their determined need and level of care. Will collaborate with probation staff to ensure youth are safe and able to appropriately engage in treatment program. Counselor will participate in weekly supervisions with supervisor and will consult with TTC staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Provides peer recovery support services to patients enrolled in substance use disorder (SUD) and/or mental health services at the inpatient, residential and/or outpatient program level.
