Position SummaryOur team is seeking a customer-driven Part-Time Assistant Manager to support daily operations at a self-storage facility. In partnership with the Storage Manager, this role helps deliver exceptional service, maintain a clean and organized facility, and assist with leasing, collections, and administrative processes. The Assistant Manager serves as the on-site leader in the Storage Manager's absence.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and taking on a dynamic role that combines sales, operations, and administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLease units, assist customers, and provide excellent service in person, by phone, and via emailProcess payments, follow up on delinquencies, and support occupancy and sales goalsPrepare deposits, reports, petty cash, and maintain accurate tenant recordsInspect the property, submit maintenance requests, and maintain a clean, safe facilitySubmit daily operational reports and assist with budgeting and trackingQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years of customer service experienceSelf-storage or property management experience preferred, but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using computers and learning new softwareDependable, well-organized, and detail-focusedAvailability to work scheduled weekendsSchedule and PayPay: $17.50/hourPart-time: 2-3 days per weekWeekend availability requiredAdditional hours may be available to cover for the Storage ManagerAccrue paid sick leave in compliance with Washington State lawAbout Targa Real Estate Services
