    What You’ll Do:Deliver friendly and attentive restaurant dining service to residents and guestsPrepare and maintain a clean, organized dining roomFollow food safety and service standardsBuild positive relationships with residents, guests, and coworkersHelp create a cheerful and comfortable dining experience
    What You’ll Need:Must be 18 years or olderHigh School Diploma or GEDServing skills preferred but not required Experience in dining, hospitality, or kitchen service, preferredPositive, team-focused attitudeAbility to multitask and work independentlyStrong communication and customer service skills

    What You’ll Do:

    Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds.Inspect lighting, HVAC units, plumbing, safety equipment, and other areas regularly.Assist residents with minor repairs and moves.Maintain lawns, landscaping, outdoor areas, and community vehicles.Troubleshoot maintenance problems and coordinate with vendors for complex repairs.Ensure maintenance coverage for after-hours emergencies.
    What You’ll Need:Prior experience in building maintenance (Assisted Living experience preferred).Knowledge of:Plumbing: commodes, fixtures, drains, heaters, dishwashers, ice machines.HVAC: operation/mechanics of heat pumps, refrigeration systems.Electrical systems: wiring, voltage, amperage.​​​​​​​Mechanics: design and operation of engines.​​​​​​​Valid driver’s license with a clean record.Ability to communicate clearly, use sound judgment, and handle emergencies effectively.
