    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Rheumatologist to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an outpatient-focused Psychiatrist to join our integrated healthcare team. This role provides ambulatory psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing treatment within a collaborative, primary care–based setting.

    The Psychiatrist works closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and care teams to deliver coordinated, patient centered mental healthcare. This position is primarily outpatient and aligned with TFHC’s Patient Centered Medical Home model, emphasizing continuity of care, access, and long-term outcomes.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management for patients with mental and behavioral health conditions

    Develop, implement, and monitor individualized outpatient treatment plans with a focus on symptom stabilization, remission, and functional improvement

    Collaborate closely with primary care providers and integrated behavioral health teams to support coordinated, whole person care

    Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests and other outpatient diagnostic procedures as clinically appropriate

    Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation in accordance with organizational standards

    Make appropriate referrals for specialty services, therapy, testing, and follow up care

    Educate patients and families on psychiatric diagnoses, medications, and outpatient treatment options

    Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation readiness activities

    Provide clinical oversight of outpatient psychiatric treatment modalities delivered by other behavioral health professionals

    Supervise and teach residents, medical students, and allied health professionals as applicable

    Deliver care in a respectful, compassionate, and ethical manner consistent with TFHC values

    Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited medical school with completion of a Psychiatry residency

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry

    Active and unrestricted Florida medical license

    Active DEA registration

    Current BLS certification

    Ability to maintain hospital privileges at referral hospitals, if required

    Commitment to maintaining required continuing medical education credits

    Position Summary

    Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across all TFHC locations, including medical, dental, and administrative sites.

    This role is responsible for performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and assisting with facility operations to ensure safe, functional, and efficient environments across the organization.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required.Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.Minimum of 2 years of legal experience preferred.Legal internships, externships, clerkships, law firm experience, or in-house legal experience may be considered toward the experience requirement.Healthcare law, compliance, corporate transactions, contract review, or risk management experience preferred.Strong interest in healthcare operations, community health, and mission-driven work.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Strong legal drafting, contract review, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with healthcare privacy, fraud and abuse laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal matters.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical guidance.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal risks to non-legal professionals.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, clinical teams, operations, and external legal partners.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Provide patient-centered care including well-woman visits, acute visits, and family planning services

    Deliver evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care

    Perform in-office gynecologic procedures including LARC insertion/removal, colposcopy, biopsies, and menopausal care

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

    Complete billing and close clinical tasks in accordance with organizational policy

    Make appropriate referrals for diagnostic testing, treatment, and follow-up care

    Provide clinical support and oversight to nursing staff and medical assistants in collaboration with Women’s Health leadership

    Participate in peer review, accreditation readiness, and quality improvement initiatives

    Support teaching and supervision of students, residents, or allied health professionals as assigned

    Coordinate clinical operations and collaborate closely with Women’s Health providers and support staff

    May rotate across multiple clinic locations and participate in after-hours call coverage if assigned

    Qualifications

    Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

    Active and unrestricted Florida APRN license

    National certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult-Gerontology NP with women’s health experience

    Current BLS certification

    Minimum 2–3+ years of outpatient OB/GYN or Women’s Health experience required

    Strong procedural experience preferred

    Experience with Epic or similar EMR preferred

    Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
