Job Title: Program Manager/DirectorThe Program Manager for the Tampa Bay Academy of Hope reports to the Executive Director. He or she works closely with the ED to ensure oversight and efficiency of programming. The Program Manager oversees the coordination and administration of Adult Reentry Program including planning, organizing, and oftentimes leading program activities, working in close coordination with the ED.
