    ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
    I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent seven years as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the customer-focused culture weve built today.

    Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, working out, and prioritizing mental health and personal growth. Im passionate about educating customers and helping them make the best decisions for themselves and their families. My goal is to make insurance and financial conversations approachable, relatable, and genuinely helpful.

    I stay involved in the community through work with the Houston Food Bank, sponsorships for local dance teams, and hosting community events during our office anniversaries. Building strong local relationships is something we care deeply about.

As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through their financial journeys by offering tailored solutions that fit their unique needs.

    This is a part-time position structured to support three separate agents. The schedule is 3 days a week, with a rotation between agents on a weekly basis. The compensation listed applies individually to each agent's position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Build meaningful relationships by consulting with customers on financial planning and investment strategies.Help clients optimize their portfolios and make smart asset allocation decisions.Conduct thorough financial reviews to recommend products that truly benefit each individual.Ensure all practices align with regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of trust and integrity.QUALIFICATIONS:
