    Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Human Resources (HR) may substitute applicable, relevant job experience on a 1-year:1-year basis for the required education, in addition to the minimum required experience below. Required Experience: Five (5) years of design, construction, and/or maintenance experience.
    Preferred Experience: Experience in a health care facilities construction role. Required Certification/License/Registry: None Responsibilities Your Role: Coordinates the design process for renovation and construction projects at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). Oversees and manages construction and/or remodeling projects for TMH properties. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Works with Plant Engineering (PE, department 8060) and the skilled trades to request and maintain permits, Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM), and Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA). Assists with finances (including soliciting bids and reviewing invoices). Coordinates owner-direct purchasing. Ensures standards are maintained. Serves as a system administrator for building plans (including the workflow associated with issuing and tracking plans under revision).     Required Education:

    One (1) completed CPE unit (minimum) from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) accredited program and a bachelor s degree from a Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) accredited institution.

    Preferred Education:

    Enrolled in (or completed) a 72-semester hours (minimum) master s degree program in theology or divinity from a CHEA accredited educational institution.

    Required Experience:

    None

    Preferred Experience:

    Two (2) or more years of ministry experience in a faith community or other institutional ministry setting.

    Required Certification/License/Registry:

    Preferred Certification/License/Registry:

    Ordained minister (or ordained deacon, provided the faith group considers individual to function as a fully ordained minister) in good standing with a faith group. Responsibilities
