Key Responsibilities Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project financing transactions, including tax equity and non-recourse debt. Partner with senior management on strategic corporate initiatives. Contribute to M A due diligence, valuation, and capital structure optimization. Build and maintain detailed financial models for capital raising and acquisition financing. Prepare investor and lender materials; analyze financing proposals; help manage efficient closing processes. Develop reporting for management, compliance, and performance evaluation. Identify and assess financial risks, recommending mitigation strategies. Assist with ad hoc strategic projects as needed. Required Experience Bachelor's or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in project finance, leveraged finance, M A, or renewable energy development/business development. Strong project finance modeling capabilities; renewable-sector experience preferred. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. High initiative, execution focus, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications Clear progression and increased responsibility in prior roles. Familiarity with solar, wind, storage, and tax credit–eligible technologies. Understanding of ITCs, PTCs, tax credit transfers, back- and front-leverage, and long-tenor debt products. Experience optimizing capital structures and working with appraisal concepts such as FMV and eligible basis. Advanced Excel capabilities, including macros. Familiarity with tax equity and debt documentation; experience managing third-party consultants is a plus. Experience modeling tax equity, debt, and valuation scenarios. CFA designation or active pursuit preferred. Strong enthusiasm for renewable energy and the energy transition.
