What You Can Expect Flexible scheduling based on your desired availability Remote opportunities supporting partner ABA organizations Hourly rates ranging from $40 to $50, depending on experience and assignment' COMPENSATION NOTE: Through Talera you are paid for ALL hours worked, not just billable hours - Therefore, If you are working full time at a rate of $50/hour you can expect an annual salary around $104,000. Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Current state licensure where required, or ability to obtain quickly Demonstrated clinical experience in ABA service delivery, including at least 4 years of in-person BCBA experience or at least 1 year of remote BCBA experience Strong clinical judgment with the ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environment Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting RBTs and caregivers virtually Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems If you are looking for a more flexible, supportive way to practice as a BCBA while maintaining strong compensation and benefits, we would welcome the conversation.
