    Position:          Contract-to-Hire

    Hours:             3 days/week (12 hours shifts, days or nights)

    Overview:

    TalentFish is casting a line for a Healthcare Staffing Coordinator. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role supporting our healthcare client’s centralized Resource Management department.

     

    This is a non-clinical coordination role responsible for real-time scheduling and allocation of nursing and ancillary staff across hospital inpatient units. This is a critical function for maintaining safe staffing ratios and supporting patient care in a 24/7/365 environment.

     

    * Candidates must have ability to work onsite in Charleston, SC at our client’s main healthcare facility with ability to float to regional sister facilities when needed.


    What You Bring to the Role:

    2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, staffing coordination, or hospital-based roles.Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer applications.Experience with Smart Square or similar workforce management platforms a plus.RN or clinical background preferred but not required.Familiarity with inpatient workflows, bed management, or centralized staffing office operations a plus.


    What You'll Do:

    Coordinate and allocate nursing and ancillary staff across multiple inpatient units in real-time.Conduct staffing evaluations every 4 hours, adjusting assignments based on census, acuity, and unit needs.Collaborate with Hospital Supervisors and Charge Nurses to assess staffing needs and communicate shift-to-shift staffing plans.Participate in staffing huddles, gathering unit census, available resources, and anticipated needs for oncoming shifts.Manage incoming calls for call-outs, schedule changes, and emerging patient safety needs such as sitter and 1:1 observation requests.Utilize Smart Square to track staffing assignments and workforce availability across the organization.


    Compensation and Employment
    This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected hourly compensation for this position is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for accrued PTO and optional health benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.     Job Title: Senior Manager, HR Technology Services (SAP SuccessFactors)

    Reports To: Infrastructure & Operations Leadership

    Overview:
    The Senior Manager, HR Technology Services is responsible for the operational management, support, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology services. Reporting within the Infrastructure & Operations organization, this role serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, Technology, and third-party service providers to ensure the stability, performance, security, and ongoing enhancement of HR technology solutions. This position owns the day-to-day relationship with the managed service provider (MSP) supporting SAP SuccessFactors administration, configuration, support, and break-fix activities. The role ensures business requirements are translated into scalable technology solutions while maintaining operational excellence, governance, and service quality.     Key Responsibilities: HR Technology Service Management

    Serve as the primary technology relationship manager for HR, including Global Talent Acquisition and People Operations.Provide operational oversight of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology services.Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business priorities, process requirements, and enhancement opportunities.Coordinate and prioritize system enhancements, configuration requests, and production support activities.Ensure technology solutions effectively support employee lifecycle, recruiting, talent management, learning, and organizational processes.

    Vendor & Managed Service Provider Management

    Act as the primary point of accountability for the managed service provider supporting SAP SuccessFactors.Manage vendor performance against SLAs, operational metrics, and contractual commitments.Coordinate break-fix support, configuration changes, release management, and platform enhancements.Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management between business stakeholders and service providers.Lead recurring service reviews and operational governance meetings.

    Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

    Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of SAP SuccessFactors and related integrations.Partner with Infrastructure & Operations teams responsible for identity management, access provisioning, security, and enterprise integrations.Support change management, testing coordination, release planning, and production deployments.Monitor service performance, issue trends, user adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support processes.

    Governance, Risk & Compliance

    Support compliance, audit, security, and data governance initiatives.Ensure proper controls for user access, role-based permissions, and HR data protection.Coordinate with Identity Management and Security teams regarding employee lifecycle provisioning and deprovisioning.Participate in risk assessments, audits, and governance reviews.

    Required Qualifications:

    Strong experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in an Administrator, Analyst, Service Manager, Product Owner, or similar capacity. (Preferred SAP SuccessFactors Certification).Experience managing third-party service providers and outsourced application support models.Strong understanding of HR business processes including:Employee Lifecycle ManagementRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionLearning ManagementTalent ManagementOrganizational ManagementExperience with enterprise application support and IT service management practices.Working knowledge of:Identity ManagementRole-Based SecurityIntegrationsWorkflow AdministrationSaaS Application ManagementStrong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.Experience working within complex, matrixed, and global organizations.Preferred experience: ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Management Solutions, Managing Global MSP, ITIL certs or experience, HRIS SaaS)
