Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours per week)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
RequirementsActive LPN License (North Carolina or compact state)
Current BLS certification
1+ year of recent nursing experience preferred
SNF or acute care experience a plus
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Assist with patient assessments and documentation
Support patients with daily living activities and mobility
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care
