FNP to work in our UC with current experience and willing to train our new FNP. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts until we move to the new building. Then it would be 12 hr shifts 7 days a week.
Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. May be required to work at other Hospital-Owned Clinics or main Hospital as needed.
• MUST be comfortable seeing all ages (2-100) and treating chronic diseases
• Provider will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, some suturing

• MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist with Blood bank competency, Flexibility in scheduling and Independent decision-making in a smaller hospital setting
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of lab tests (chemistry, hematology, blood bank, microbiology, etc.)
Review and validate test result
Ensure specimen integrity (collection, labeling, processing)
Maintain QC/QA documentation and compliance (HIPAA, safety protocols)
Troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment
Communicate critical results to clinicians
Train junior staff when needed
RequirementsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in:
Medical Technology / Clinical Lab Science / Biological or Chemical Sciences
Valid California CLS license
Strong generalist lab skills

Responsibilities
Sterilize and prepare instruments following standards and safety protocols.
Ensure adherence to infection control policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Essential Functions:
Decontaminates and processes instruments, including compiling instrument sets, counting instruments and recording counts.
Sterilizes instruments, trays, basins, etc. with the appropriate exposure/dry times.
Prepares instruments for immediate use? sterilization when necessary.
Maintains a clean and orderly environment in the department by daily wiping of counters, sinks, exterior surface of autoclaves and high disinfection equipment.
Cleans the autoclave chambers on a weekly basis.
Assists Operating Room Housekeeping with room turn over, terminal cleaning of Operating Room suites, and daily duties, if necessary.
Assists with picking supplies/instruments for upcoming cases.
Performs daily diagnostic testing on sterilizing equipment, including test packs, biological indicators and diagnostic cycle for Endoscope Processors.
Evaluates instruments for function and safety when reprocessing.
Provides reprocessing services for ancillary department instruments, including Emergency Room, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Radiology.
Identifies and evaluates loaner instruments prior to processing.
Records loaner information in a log for tracking.
Maintains Biological Incubator and log; evaluates for biological test results.
Provides technical services and assists in operating room, recovery, outpatient endoscopy, and central sterile as assigned and directed.
Works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and reports to the perioperative services manager.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
