    Description:Duties:

    2nd Shift

    2 30 pm to 11 pm

    Package vaccines, run machinery

    Label and package finished good

    To perform the duties associated with labeling, inspecting, and packaging of vaccines. Responsible for operating packaging equipment ensuring target line rates are met. Collaborates effectively with other functional groups to ensure production goals are achieved and completed in a timely manner

    Operation of packaging equipment (e.g.: labelers, pick and place, heat tunnel, vision systems, forklift, etc.)Inspect product accurately and efficiently to meet quality guidelines.Perform equipment change-over, set-up.Responsible for initial troubleshooting for packaging equipment issues (e.g. Labelers, Pick and place, heat tunnel, etc.)Ensure that proper cGMP documentation is follow for completeness and adherence to our procedures and in a timely manner.Read, understand, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.Preparation of QA Line clearances (e.g. Small volume line).Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.Maintains facilities and equipment as required by Standard Operating Procedures.Cross-training in other areas within the department as require to meet business needs.Other duties as assigned by the Shift Line Leader or Supervisor.

    Communication

    Communicates processing needs to co-workers.Communicates progress several times a day to the shift line leader and/or Supervisor.Communicates at the time of event any process occurrences to shift line leader and/or Supervisor (escalation process).Communicates facility and inventory related needs daily.

    Assessment

    Monitors process against manufacturing records, data capture forms and Standard Operating Procedures.Participates in Daily Performance Review (Team).

    Systems

    Completes batch tickets with materials consumed during execution.Provides feedback as to feasibility of improvement proposed by others.Adheres to defined process sequences.

    Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the HSE Program. Work in a safe and responsible manner. Supports safety policies and procedures. Identifies and properly reports unsafe work habits, conditions, and/or practices.

    Skills:

    2 to 3 years manufacturing experience

    Detail oriented with effective communication skills and quality conscious

    Equipment/Process troubleshooting skills

    Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

    Basic math and computer skills

    Preferred:

    5+ year of related experience.

    Forklift certified

    Education:

    HS diploma

    Associates preferred or equivalent experience

    Responsible for the development of manufacturing methods to produce sophisticated technology products.     Responsibilities:

    Assist with complex tasks involved in the implementation and administration of the PHIG grant, a unique, cross cutting funding opportunity that supports all divisions and programs at RIDOH.
    Organize and maintain official electronic files in MS Teams/SharePoint to ensure information is easy to find and cataloged for reference in the future.
    Assist with the purchasing and procurement of good and services that support the goals of the PHIG grant.
    Study and analyze operational procedures and prepare detailed and comprehensive reports of findings and recommendations.
    Assist a with coordination and communication with other states PHIG teams.
    Coordinate the flow of work across PHIG strategy areas and various program within the agency.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Experience with HR systems (preferably Oracle, Workbrain) or an ability to learn systems quickly
    Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills including excellent oral and written communication skills
    Demonstrated ability to influence in a demanding and high-performing work environment and develop strong trusting relationships at all levels within the organization
    Data driven and attention to detail

    Job Description
    Position Summary
    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse and workshop environment.     Job Duties
    Receiving & Inspection
    Unpack and inspect incoming customer shipments.
    Prepare tools and materials for the next stage of the repair process.
    Accurately receive and log incoming items using SAP (training provided).
    Verify shipment contents and report discrepancies as needed.

    Shipping & Fulfillment
    Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments.
    Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately.
    Process Hazmat documentation for UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
    Coordinate shipment preparation to meet delivery deadlines.

    Inventory & Material Handling
    Assist with warehouse inventory management and stock control.
    Maintain spare parts and packaging material inventory.
    Replenish packaging supplies and ensure proper organization.
    Support loading and unloading of trucks and material movement throughout the facility.

    Minimum Qualifications
    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
