    Our client is a Top ENR General Contractor and is READY TO HIRE a Superintendent, to be the backbone of our construction site operations for high-stakes projects in Washington, D.C. You will work with a project team managing site safety, subcontractor performance, quality control and the sophisticated commissioning of MEP systems. We are looking for leaders who thrive on proactive problem-solving and want to see their projects reach peak performance.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Preconstruction: Play a vital role in project success by assisting in the bidding process for M/E trades. You will manage the equipment procurement lifecycle, ensuring high-value assets arrive on budget and on time through meticulous tracking and coordination.Command Site Operations: Lead MEP trade subcontractors with a focus on efficient sequencing, manpower optimization, and strict adherence to technical specifications.Innovate & Problem Solve: Identify field installation conflicts early and collaborate with the design team to implement immediate, effective solutions.Safety Leadership: Beyond compliance, you will foster a site-wide safety culture, ensuring OSHA standards are a standard of excellence, not just a checkbox.Technical Mastery: Oversee the critical startup and functional testing of complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems, ensuring seamless third-party commissioning.Client Stewardship: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with federal and state stakeholders, serving as the face of COMPANY on-site.

     

    Qualifications:

    Our client is a top 20 ENR Concrete Contractor and is ready to hire a Concrete Superintendent. You must have 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. You'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project and will work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsible for developing a project plan for their phase of work.Understands project information and can identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes.Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

     

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.Good organizational and communication skills.Self-perform experience of concrete is required.Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.

    We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Security Engineer to support and enhance enterprise privileged access management and cloud security capabilities within a highly regulated, technology-driven environment.

    This role is ideal for an experienced cybersecurity engineer with strong hands-on expertise supporting privileged access platforms, secrets management, automation, and modern security infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support and enhance privileged access management platforms including CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, PKI, and related technologies
    • Maintain operational integrity of security infrastructure including upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
    • Develop automation and integrations to improve platform performance and user experience
    • Help implement AI-driven operational and security engineering capabilities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams
    • Support cloud and CI/CD security initiatives

    Required Experience:
    • Strong experience with privileged access management technologies
    • Cloud ecosystem and CI/CD security experience
    • Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible
    • Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies including OAuth2, OIDC, AWS IAM, Kerberos, and Kubernetes
    • Scripting/development experience with Python, Bash, GoLang, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible
    • Experience within security engineering, architecture, operations, or development environments

    Preferred:
    • Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
    • Exposure to AI coding/security tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini CLI
