Construction Project Manager Onsite in Chandler, Arizona 85248 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously at various stages Partner with clients to define project scope, design requirements, and overall objectives Develop project plans, layouts, and coordinate with engineering teams Prepare and manage budgets, cost forecasts, and financial tracking Create and maintain detailed project schedules Develop trade scopes of work and manage subcontractor relationships Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Perform quantity take-offs and support cost analysis Ensure compliance with insurance, bonding, and regulatory requirements Monitor project progress, manage change orders, and ensure quality standards are met Qualifications: Experience managing commercial construction or similar projects end-to-end Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Experience with subcontractor management and procurement processes Familiarity with project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations (including NEC) Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience working in a client-facing role
