    We are seeking an experienced Traveling Safety Coordinator to support an electrical subcontractor on a data center construction project in Trenton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, prior data center experience, and hands-on knowledge of electrical construction activities, trenching, and excavation safety.

    Compensation & Schedule

    Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/hourPer Diem: $133/day (available to candidates residing more than 60 miles from the project site)Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:45 AM – 4:45 PMContract Duration: 7 weeksPotential for permanent employment based on performance and project needs

    Essential Responsibilities

    Monitor and enforce site-specific safety policies and proceduresConduct daily safety inspections, audits, and observationsLead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training sessionsSupport project management and field supervision in maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and company safety requirementsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and provide corrective action recommendationsEnsure subcontractors and field personnel comply with project safety expectationsMaintain accurate safety documentation and reporting

    Position Summary

    The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical field operations on construction projects throughout South Texas. While projects are located in McAllen, Corpus Christi, and San Antonio, this immediate opening is supporting a project in McAllen, TX. This position provides leadership to electricians and apprentices, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and company standards.

    The ideal candidate has strong experience managing crews on industrial, commercial, and government construction projects and can effectively coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Lead and supervise electrical crews on assigned projects.

    Plan, organize, and direct daily field activities to meet project schedules and productivity goals.

    Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and project documents.

    Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

    Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, project specifications, and quality standards.

    Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.

    Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.

    Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, and material tracking.

    Coordinate inspections with local authorities and project stakeholders.

    Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices.

    Communicate effectively with project management and clients regarding project status and field conditions.

    Qualifications

    Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License required.

    Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.

    Strong background in industrial and commercial electrical construction.

    Experience on Federal, VA, Prison, or State-funded projects preferred.

    Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

    Proven leadership and crew management skills.

    Strong commitment to workplace safety.

    Valid driver's license required.

    Ability to pass background checks and security clearances required for federal or state projects.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Traveling Civil Project Manager to lead large-scale site development and infrastructure packages for mission-critical data center projects throughout Texas and surrounding regions. This role will oversee civil construction operations on projects exceeding $100 million in total value, with a primary focus on earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and site development.

    The ideal candidate has a strong background managing self-perform and subcontracted civil scopes on large industrial, energy, manufacturing, semiconductor, or data center projects.

    Responsibilities

    Manage all phases of civil construction for data center developments from preconstruction through closeout.Lead projects valued at $100M+ while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.Oversee large-scale:Mass earthworkSite gradingExcavationStorm drainage systemsWater and sanitary sewer installationUnderground utility constructionRoadway and paving activitiesCoordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and owners.Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and cost controls.Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Conduct project meetings and provide executive-level reporting.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.Manage project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration.Travel to active project sites as required.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.7+ years of civil construction project management experience.Proven experience managing projects exceeding $100 million.Strong knowledge of:Earthwork operationsHeavy civil constructionUnderground utilitiesSite developmentData center construction preferredExperience with project scheduling software and construction management platforms.Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.Ability to travel extensively and support projects throughout Texas and neighboring states.
