Duties

Most weeks will be 45-50 hours, but there are some weeks where less hours are required and some weeks where more hours are required to meet customer demands.Familiarity with 5S, six sigma, and lean manufacturing processes, and experience implementing these processes.Experience overseeing large single unit productions. Items $50k+ is ideal.Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory operations is essential.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of production.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and management.Pay: 80k-$115k base + bonus opportunities

Candidates MUST be able to pass a 6G fabrication and weld test! The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, along with a the ability to read blueprints. The Lead must be able to forecast workloads for their team members. This is a 10 hour day shift, working 4 10's with overtime as needed.
