    Description:

    We have an opportunity available for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work within our Operations Team. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence in our distribution center by identifying inefficiencies, implementing Lean principles, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This role will focus on ensuring efficient processes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

    What you will do:

    Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve quality, reduce waste, and streamline DC operations.

    Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

    Optimize order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping processes to increase efficiency.

    Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive operational improvements.

    Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

    Develop data dashboards and reporting tools to track improvements and measure success.

    Lead and coach problem-solving activities using a structured problem-solving approach.

    Collaborate with frontline employees to identify pain points and implement worker-driven solutions.

    Lead training programs on Lean principles, 5S, standard work processes, quality tools, and structured problem-solving.

    Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align improvement efforts with company goals.

    What we need:

    Bachelor's degree in supply chain , b usiness, or related field.

    3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operations leadership in a DC or logistics setting.

    Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

    Experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar) to track performance.

    Ability to lead projects, influence teams, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

    Description:

    We have an opportunity available for a Customer Marketing Manager to work within our Marketing Team. Our Customer Marketing Manager serves a strategic function within our Marketing team that focuses on equipping our Sales teams (Corporate Managed Accounts & Bid/Contract) with the strategy, tools, and resources they need to effectively drive customer acquisition, grow share of wallet, and improve retention.

    What you will do:

    Curate marketing plays (mainly digital) and tactics to generate marketing qualified leads and ultimately drive customer acquisition.

    Develop marketing plays and tactics to grow share of wallet with existing customers (AOV, Order Frequency, Customer Lifetime Value, etc.).

    Build marketing plays and tactics to retain siteline shoppers and contract business.

    Partner with Sales managers & leaders to co-build growth strategies

    Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create and maintain up-to-date sales content tailored for various stages of the sales cycle and buyers' journey.

    Ensure easy access and distribution of sales collateral to the sales team.

    Partner with Sales leadership to socialize sales collateral if necessary.

    Be the Marketing ambassador between sales and marketing, fostering collaboration and alignment on campaigns and strategies. Provide a constant flow of communication to reduce silos.

    Facilitate regular meetings and communication with sales managers to ensure shared goals, messaging, and bring deliverables to completion.

    Establish a feedback loop with the sales managers and teams to collect customer insights, objections, concerns, and feedback. Utilize this feedback to guide improvements in marketing strategies, communication, product development, and customer support.

    Shadow sales throughout the year by joining Sales calls, department meetings, and more to be Marketing's boots on the ground.
