    We are seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Shreveport, LA. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of quality control throughout all phases of assigned projects as well as develop and maintain the quality control plan for assigned projects.

    The Role

This role assists with pre-construction walkthroughs, post-construction quality checks, materials coordination, and on-site crew support. Training will be provided, but candidates should have effective communication skills and an interest in telecommunications, construction, or project coordination. The ideal candidate has firsthand experience working with low voltage/fiber cabling, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate crews, contractors, and scheduling.

    The Role
