  The Assurance Group (www.assuregrp.com) is looking for the right person to fill a consultive health and life insurance rep position. The ideal candidate is one who can bring to the table the right mix of work ethic and integrity, and who enjoys the idea of a career that centers around helping people.
  

  Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries.
  

  It might seem strange that a company specializing in various financial services would be looking outside of "experienced" reps, but we've found so much success taking people from other industries like bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and even former military, and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities) that we've decided to lean hard in that direction.

  *Please note that while all leads and training are provided at no cost, this is a 100% commission 1099 role that has a pathway to W2. We invest heavily in new agents, but there is no base salary. Also, although we operate from a home office, we do ultimately meet clients in person for our appointments. This is not a 100% remote role.

  Must be teachable
  Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
  Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health License (fairly simple process)
  Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)

  Job Overview: This position will provide exceptional mail and shipping/receiving services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: Mail distribution, copy services, intake, hospitality, conference room set-up, reception assistance and other general office services duties as needed. Day to day tasks will include laminating, printing, faxing, shipping, mounting posters, etc. High preference for someone who has mailroom experience. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of services to all client and TAG employees. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the team in completing large jobs i.e. large numbers of reprographics requests, or high volumes of incoming/ outgoing mail packages Read, interpret and understand all print request emails and forms. *Ensure team provides outstanding service to client, while building strong customer relationships Maintain records of receipts, mailing dates, and other required information Assess incoming requests selecting the best equipment and resources for successful completion, and load copiers with paper and toner as needed. *Make sure that team is following standard operating procedures at all times. Additional duties as required by client and manager, including but not limited to set-up conference rooms including audio/visual equipment, furniture configuration, fax and messenger services and food/beverages as needed. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience. Experience directing workflow. Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone and/or digital reprographics equipment. Familiar with general fax, mail and reprographics procedures Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills. Capable of demonstrating exemplary work ethics and professionalism at all times. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with client, team members, manager and others through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
