Initial hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
After training and onboarding, scheduling can become more flexible, with start and end times typically ranging anywhere between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM depending on workload and team coordination.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate daily schedules for field staff and inspectionsCommunicate with builders, contractors, homeowners, and internal team membersAnswer and manage incoming phone calls and emailsMaintain accurate scheduling records and job documentationUpdate spreadsheets, schedules, and internal tracking systemsResolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionallyHelp ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on timeWhat We’re Looking For
