JOB TITLE: Dishwashing Dynamo - Keeping the Kitchen Sparkling!
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: As a Dishwasher, your main objective is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all plateware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using our mechanical dishwasher and triple compartment sink. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will guarantee spotless results, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with team members to maintain an ample supply of clean dishes.Thoroughly rinse dishes before loading them into the mechanical dishwasher.Inspect all items after the wash, rinse, and sanitize cycle to ensure complete removal of soil and proper drying.Regularly monitor chemical levels and water temperature in the dishwasher and sink for optimal safety.Empty trash and recycling containers to maintain cleanliness.Keep the floors and dishwashing station clean and organized.Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the kitchen at the end of each shift.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.Attentive listening skills to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.Keen eye for detail to ensure items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.Upbeat and friendly attitude that thrives under pressure.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
