We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving production efficiency, stabilizing manufacturing processes, and leading automation and equipment upgrades across the plant.
What You'll Do
Design and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products Develop production tooling using SolidWorks (2D/3D)Lead process optimization and productivity improvements on production lines Perform root cause analysis using statistical and Lean methods Conduct FMEA, DOE, and process validation on new and existing products Support new product launches and design changes for manufacturabilityPartner with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality)Support automation projects, including: Robotics PLC integration Vision systems End-of-arm tooling Fixtures and gauges Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Bring
