Location: This position will be hybrid remote. Candidates will be required to work onsite as needed. Preferred candidates will be located near Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or work in Huntsville, AL.

We are seeking an Azure Software Engineer that designs, develops, deploys, and maintains cloud-native applications and services using Microsoft Azure platform tools. They utilize services like Azure App Services, Kubernetes, and Cosmos DB to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, often managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
Requirements
Bachelors and 2+ years or more of experienceAdditional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Active Secret clearance required US citizenship required Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript)Experience developing or consuming RESTful APIs or service-based architecturesExperience using Git and standard version control workflowsWorking knowledge of software testing practices and CI/CD pipelinesAbility to work independently on defined tasks and features with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1 Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture. Experience a plus. Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems through professional experience, projects, or courseworkFamiliarity with one or more of the following:Containers (Docker)Kubernetes conceptsCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience contributing to systems operating in regulated, secure, or high-reliability environmentsInterest in developer tools, platform engineering, or software modernizationBenefits
