          Well-known non-profit LA agency serving the homeless community is looking for a Resident Monitor.

    Summary:

    Under the direction of the Interim Housing Operations Manager and the Facility Supervisor, the Monitor is responsible for monitoring the activities of the residents of the shelter and to ensure compliance with shelter safety rules. They will also be responsible for the safety and sanitation of the site.

    Essential Functions:

    ·         Assist clients within limits in processing issues and problem solving.

    ·         Follow agency policy and protocols for incident reports.

    ·         Perform general office/ clerical, including making and receiving phone calls; greet and receive clients and visitors.

    ·         Consult with Program Manager regarding client’s personal needs and behavior.

    ·         Monitor will conduct searches of clients’ bags and belongings at check in.

    ·         Assisting clients in moving out.

    ·         Establish positive relationships and maintain appropriate boundaries with participants and the community.

    ·         Enforce program and site rules.

    ·         Maintain a daily log of all activity during their shift.

    ·         Update staff and management of incidents or notable information through phone/text and/or email during shift hours.

    ·         Contact appropriate staff, agencies, and/or law enforcement in the event of a critical incident.

    ·         Organize, distribute, and keep inventory of meals, hygiene kits and donations.

    ·         Maintain the Interim Housing location in accordance with the Interim Housing Maintenance plan with the following responsibilities but not limited to:

    -          Assist clients with cleaning room

    -          Clean and upkeep the kitchen appliances

    -          Disinfecting bathrooms and showers

    -          Dusting

    -          Making beds

    -          Mopping

    -          Sweeping

    -          Trash removal

    -          Vacuuming

    -          Wash dishes

    -          Washing linen

    ·         Conduct room checks in accordance with the Interim housing Maintenance plan.

    ·         Communicate with staff and all residents in a non-judgmental manner, work in a professional manner with all agency staff.

    ·         Maintain files/records on client services in compliance with HIPAA, 42CFR Part 2 and other funding requirements for audit purposes.

    ·         Maintain appropriate boundaries; adhere to the agency’s Core Values.

    ·         Represent the agency in a professional manner at meeting and community events.

    ·         Regular attendance required.

    ·         Must attend all assigned trainings (Relias, manager led trainings, etc.) and meetings.

    Secondary Functions:

    •          Overtime, holiday, or weekend work may be required

    •          Perform other duties assigned by senior management (Division Director, Deputy Director, Associate Director, or Senior Manager)

    •          Perform roles and responsibilities of the Interim Facility Assistant when necessary, including but not limited to:

    -          Cleaning and maintaining the exterior of the property

    -          Light landscaping

    -          Troubleshooting incidents as they occur

    -          Pest control

    -          Contacting vendors to troubleshoot issues

    Experience, Skills, Education and Abilities:

    •          High School Diploma, GED Equivalent or Live experience.

    •          Minimum two (2) years job related experience working with homeless individuals and families.

    •          Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other database programs.

    •          Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds.

    •          Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.

    •          Verification of Employment Eligibility and Background Clearance.

    •          If in recovery, a minimum of three (3) years of being drug and alcohol free is required.

    •          TB test required (Not more than three (3) months prior to or seven (7) days after Date of Hire and renewed annually thereafter).

    •          CPR and First Aid Certification are required within 30 days of employment with company.

    •          Must have your own reliable transportation along with a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

    Environmental Conditions (Working Conditions)

    This position is responsible to work in “client friendly” environment(s). There is some responsibility to work in noisy environments where children and adults are present. Difficult traffic and weather conditions can possibly be encountered during work shifts.

    Physical Requirements

    The Monitor typically spends time sitting, standing, typing, thinking, writing, walking, carrying (max. 25 lbs.), listening, and speaking. Driving may be required depending on assignment.

    Mental Requirements:

    The monitor must be able to handle any/all the following:

    •          Interruptions, changes in priorities/ work schedules

    •          Be able to process information, think, and conceptualize

    Work Schedule:

    Since the sites are 24-hour single-family dwellings/shelters, the shifts available are:

    8:00am-4:30pm OR 3:00pm-12:00pm Monday-Sunday (2 consistent shifts available with a 40-hour work week)

    Each shelter has a break room with a refrigerator, employee parking, and security

    We are seeking a Product Manager to support the Security Engineering team within the IT division. This team is responsible for the strategy, design, deployment, and maintenance of effective security solutions in cloud, local, and hybrid environments.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
    • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years focused on working with security engineering teams
    • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering roadmaps
    • Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), security engineering, network security design, security operations, security architecture, general engineering processes, cloud security, data loss protection, zero trust, DevSecOps and vulnerability management.
    • Security Engineering mindset with Subject Matter Expertise and hands-on experience in a security domain
    • Demonstrated experience streamlining and automating business processes through technology solutions
    • Demonstrated federal experience and comprehensive knowledge in adopting and implementing federal cybersecurity requirements, including but not limited to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, OMB Memorandum M-22-09, NIST SP 800-53
    • Possess deep analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting experience, to independently resolve complex security challenges.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborating closely with engineering and DevOps teams
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts for various audiences
    • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

    The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
    • Define, prioritize and maintain the product backlog for security engineering initiatives including but not limited to:
    o Cloud Security
    o Identity and Access Management
    o Security tooling and automation
    o High level customer support
    • Gather and synthesize requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and prioritization decisions.
    • Support enhanced understanding and availability of policy and process requirements across the organization
    • Translate regulatory requirements, policy and stakeholder needs into well-defined product/process requirements and user stories
    • Develop product roadmaps for security engineering automation tools and help drive measurable improvements in efficiency and risk reduction
    • Manage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing short term needs with long term strategy
    • Manage stakeholder communication, alignment and transparency about roadmap and outcomes
    • Measure outcomes and use feedback and data to inform continuous improvement of processes and services.

    Personnel Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or equivalent software engineering experience
    • Experience working in an agile environment
    • Extensive experience working with engineering teams and enterprise architects
    • Experience defining and driving product strategy for security engineering-related initiatives
    • Ability to translate complex technical security engineering concepts into clear product requirements
    • Ability to effectively manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes.

    The Board's Division of Information Technology is seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst with strong Help Desk Support experience to serve as part of a Tier 1 organization. This contractor position will be in support of the Federal Reserve Board’s Help Desk and the analyst who fills this position will be required to work a set schedule that will require Saturday, Sundays, Holidays, and some overtime may be asked to ensure proper coverage across all shifts.

    The successful candidate for this position is eligible to work over 40 hours a week, as required by the Shift Supervisor. The Board will only consider candidates who can work those designated hours.


    The candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, M365 applications and have experience supporting HP Desktops/Laptops/Tablets and Microsoft Windows Desktop OS. The successful candidate will be expected to interface with internal customers and various technical support teams. The demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and processes is essential.

    The contractor may be tasked to perform Supervisory or Lead Analyst roles as delegated by the Help Desk Manager or Supervisor.


    Requirements:

    • At least five years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of three years of experience providing general help desk support with previous experience opening and maintaining help desk cases via ServiceNow.

    • At least two years’ experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting or operations support.

    • Excellent written and oral communications are required as this position will interface with clients via phone and e-mail. Demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and document client issues is required.

    • At least five years supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems

    • At least 3-5 years’ experience supporting M365 applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.

    • Strong Level 1 network and VPN diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.

    • Knowledge of iPhone or similar smart phone support.
