    This role will drive the creation of a best-in-class HR shared services model, oversee the selection, implementation, and change management of modernized HR technology platforms, and enable data-driven decision making through advanced HR analytics capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    HRIS Strategy & Technology Transformation

    Own the vision, roadmap and execution of the HR Technology strategy, including the evaluation, selection and implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.Oversee HR systems integration, data integrity, configuration and security in collaboration with IT and vendors.Ensure scalable system design to support enterprise growth and evolving workforce needs.


    HR Operations & Shared Services Transformation

    Lead the strategic design and buildout of a centralized HR Operations function with a shared services delivery model.Establish consistent, scalable processes and service level agreements across all HR operational areas.Implement operational excellence methodologies to improve service delivery, compliance and associate experience.Drive automation and self-service initiatives to streamline HR service delivery.


    HR Data, Reporting & Analytics

    Build and lead an HR analytics function to enable real time reporting, dashboards and predictive insights talent management, workforce planning inclusion and belonging, and more.Partner with key stakeholders to define KPIs and design metric frameworks.Ensure data accuracy, compliance and privacy in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Master’s Degree is preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience is required.7+ years of experience in HRIS/Operations leadership is required.Multi-state workforce experienceProven experience leading a large scale HCM implementation is required.Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms, data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and project management tools.Preferred certifications include HRIP, PMP, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.

    This is a hybrid role, and will be required to work in-office at our Plano, TX office at least 3 days per week.  Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of this office and be willing to work in-office on a regular basis.

    Responsibilities:

    Performs audit functions to ensure appropriate procedures are followed

    .         Coordinates delivery of scoped activities within a software build

    .         Develops and executes manual & automated test cases

    .         Files descriptive and accurate defect reports as necessary

    .         Works with Business Analyst and Development team to learn Software Development processes and methodologies

    .         Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.

    .         Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, creating reusable test data, test case automation, and test execution.

    .         Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.

    .         Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs.

    .         Documents all problems and assist in their resolution.

    .         Participates in the delivery of quality process training to technical staff.

    .         Participates in quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.

     

    Qualifications:
