    We seek a team member in our sales department for our Strategic Partnership Manager position who will be responsible for generating profitable business for the firm by sourcing prospects via multiple channels and professional networks. Should be able to execute a strategic marketing plan to ensure growth of Synergy in assigned territory. This person should also share in our mission of improving lives, want to be part of a supportive team and deeply believe in our corporate values of professionalism, respect, integrity, dedication, and empathy.Requirements:Primary DutiesPartnership Development:Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships aligned with company goalsGenerate business through phone and in-person support for new and existing customersBuild and nurture relationships to create mutually beneficial opportunitiesPartner Relationship Management:Maintain and strengthen partnerships to maximize valueEducate partners (e.g., attorneys) on Synergy's offerings to drive case referralsServe as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and collaborationSales Support:Leverage partner relationships to close deals and expand market reachManage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales processFoster deeper customer relationships through regular contact and educationPerformance Monitoring:Track and analyze partnership performance to ensure goals are metManage and update sales data and contacts in ESPProvide monthly sales activity reports to the VPPrepare for and lead monthly 1:1 meeting to discuss activities, performance, and improvement strategiesForecast based on historical data, future projections, and current interactionsRequirements:Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProfessional attitude and demeanor with ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team membersConsistently self-motivated and brings positive energy to all interactions with customers and coworkersStrong organizational skills in managing documentation and adhering to policies and proceduresShows commitment to continuous self-education as products and industry standards evolveProduces accurate and high-quality work that meets or exceeds company standards, with attention to detail and overall satisfaction with the final productDemonstrates strong technical skills and competence in both routine and complex job dutiesCapably sees tasks through from inception to completion, including final details, without requiring management interventionHigh attention to detail and follow up with a focus on efficiency and accuracyAbility to free think and creatively craft persuasive arguments for negotiationsReliable transportationEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline3 years of experience working in a comparable fieldDemonstrated success in face-to-face salesPhone sales or customer service experienceCRM Experience Required
