    Engage with Customers Face-to-Face: Meet directly with consumers in retail or event-based settings, offering personalized support and product recommendations that align with their needs.Deliver a Consultative Experience: Help customers navigate their service options using a solutions-first approach rooted in transparency and trust.Promote Brand Awareness: Act as a local brand ambassador, ensuring each interaction strengthens the customer’s perception of the brand.Drive Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Your Team: Share feedback from the field and work together to meet campaign goals and grow your market presence.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus—but not required.Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.A desire for career advancement and professional growth.

    Position Purpose:

    The Sales Representative position offers an exciting chance to fuel our company's growth. You'll oversee a protected territory in the Beavercreek area including existing and new customers, driving sales through our proven process and in-person demonstrations. Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relationships. This role isn't just a job, but a thrilling journey of building success stories and enhancing profitability customer by customer, with your compensation directly reflecting these achievements.

    Responsibilities:

    Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.Educate the customer on products, services, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.

    The ideal candidate should possess the following:

    Proven success with closing sales (B2B or B2C).Detail minded and organized, with an ability to work independently.Strong communication and presentation skill set with a demonstrated ability to conduct professional, results driven customer presentations.Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite.Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.Sales professional with experience and track record of growing market share.

    Required Qualification
