This is an exciting opportunity with a large electrical contractor - after Richmond, travel to next data center!
Job Summary
· Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
· Maintain a culture of safety first.
· Have a complete understanding drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
· Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards.
· Evaluates, mentors, and trains field electricians.
Qualifications
· Valid State Electrical Journeyman License.
· 4 years recent electrical experience.
· Supervisory experience in an electrical construction environment.
· High School Diploma/GED.
· OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
· Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
· Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.

Job Summary
· Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

· Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
· Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking.
· Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards.
· Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and electricians.
· Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work.
· Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
· Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience.
· 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
· Experience working with technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments.
· Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
· Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred.
· OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
· Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups.
· Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project work.
· Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
· Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check, and MVR check
