We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from construction through closeout. At Synergy, our Project Managers focus on execution. You will not be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, or business development. Your role is to own the build—driving projects forward from mobilization through final turnover. What You’ll Do
Lead Projects from Construction Through Closeout
Oversee all phases of construction, from mobilization to closeoutPartner closely with Superintendents to align field and office executionMaintain schedules and proactively solve issues to keep projects movingDrive progress with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiencyOwn Budgets & Financial Performance
Manage project budgets and forecastsTrack costs, approve invoices, and manage change ordersEnsure strong financial control and overall project profitabilityCollaborate & Lead Teams
Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsKeep teams aligned, accountable, and moving toward shared goalsSupport a positive, solutions-focused project environmentEnsure Safety, Compliance & Quality
Support jobsite safety and maintain OSHA standardsEnsure compliance with codes, permits, and regulationsMonitor quality and maintain high standards across all phasesDrive Communication & Organization

Experience
10+ years in construction, including 5+ years as a Project ManagerExperience with multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial constructionHUD/IHDA experience strongly preferredSkills
Strong financial acumen and budget management experienceExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office & Outlook; experience with Sage/Master Builder a plusEducation & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldOSHA 30 preferredPMP certification is a plusWhy Synergy?

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our company and to support day-to-day office operations including basic accounting tasks that keep everything running smoothly. This is a key role—often the first interaction clients, subcontractors, and partners have with Synergy. You’ll help create a professional, welcoming experience so if you enjoy variety, staying organized, and being the go-to person, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving field operations on projects ranging from $300K - $30M, from interior buildouts to ground-up developments. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and General Superintendent to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Jobsite

Experience
7+ years in construction, including 5+ years as a SuperintendentProven success leading ground-up, multi-unit or multifamily projectsStrong leadership presence with subcontractors and field teamsSkills & Knowledge
Deep understanding of residential and commercial constructionStrong planning, scheduling, and communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and solutions-drivenProficiency in MS Office/Outlook; experience with Sage, MasterBuilder, or SureTrak is a plusEducation & Certifications
