    SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare are the nation’s fastest growing providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) in our Little Rock, AR clinic!

    About the Role

    The Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) plays a key role in patient care and clinic leadership. In this role, you will:

    Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.

    Perform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditions.

    Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational success.

    Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations).

    Share in light supervisory responsibilities of support staff.

    Requirements

    Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Arkansas (required)

    Current DEA registration (required)

    At least 1 year of clinical practice experience

    Prior management or supervisory experience preferred

    Availability during clinic hours (see schedule below) and 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay)

    Hours of Operation

    Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (required 2 per month; additional pay provided)

    Average 40–41 hours per week

    Training

    2 full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday.

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $120,000

    Saturday Incentive Pay: $400 per Saturday (2 per month) = $10,400 annually

    Total Compensation: $130,400 annually

    Position Summary

    The Medical Laboratory Technician will play a vital role in ensuring diagnostic excellence through accurate testing, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.     Location, Shift & Compensation

    Location: Onsite, Northwest Houston (249/Louetta)

    Shift: PM shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 

    Compensation: Starting at $29/hour, based on experience; ($3 shift differential for hours worked between 5 PM – 5 AM)

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform immunoassay testing, calibration, quality control, and sample analysis.

    Accurately report test results and promptly communicate abnormal findings to providers.

    Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; perform cleaning and sterility checks.

    Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and lab safety protocols.

    Support all phases of testing (pre-analytical, analytical, post-analytical).

    Document and monitor laboratory logs, maintenance, and quality checks.

    Manage supply inventory and track expiration dates.

    Assist with training new personnel and provide backup support to the Lab Manager.

    Maintain quality assurance records and participate in audits and inspections.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.

    MLT (ASCP or equivalent) certification required.

    Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience (hematology preferred).

    Strong knowledge of lab operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.

    Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.

    Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    About the Role

    The Patient Services Coordinator is a vital member of our healthcare team, serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This energetic and professional individual ensures a welcoming, efficient, and seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

    Perform bi-monthly inventory and maintain supplies based on clinic needs

    Monitor and respond promptly to clinic emails, texts, and faxes

    Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies

    Complete bi-weekly bank deposits and maintain daily financial records

    Support clinic staff with administrative and clerical tasks

    Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly front desk and lobby

    Keep patient snacks and supplements stocked and organized

    Attend monthly, quarterly, and annual team meetings

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree preferred

    Previous healthcare or front office experience (preferred)

    Strong customer service and communication skills

    Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality

    Proficiency with basic computer programs and office technology

    Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

    Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)

    Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    MUST have Active Tennesee NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered)Current DEA licenseAvailable to work 2 Saturdays (8am-12pm) per month and a minimum of 2 weekdays per week.Willing to float to Hendersonville, Franklin and Murfreesboro

    ***Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours, first 3 days remote, remainder of training either in Nashville or in Johnson city (Hotel provided and mileage reimbursed)***
