About the RoleThe Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) plays a key role in patient care and clinic leadership. In this role, you will:
Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
Perform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditions.
Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational success.
Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations).
Share in light supervisory responsibilities of support staff.
RequirementsLicensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Arkansas (required)
Current DEA registration (required)
At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
Availability during clinic hours (see schedule below) and 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay)
Hours of OperationMonday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (required 2 per month; additional pay provided)
Average 40–41 hours per week
Training2 full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday.
CompensationBase Salary: $120,000
Saturday Incentive Pay: $400 per Saturday (2 per month) = $10,400 annually
Total Compensation: $130,400 annually

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform immunoassay testing, calibration, quality control, and sample analysis.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and lab safety protocols.
Support all phases of testing (pre-analytical, analytical, post-analytical).
Document and monitor laboratory logs, maintenance, and quality checks.
Manage supply inventory and track expiration dates.
Assist with training new personnel and provide backup support to the Lab Manager.
Maintain quality assurance records and participate in audits and inspections.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
MLT (ASCP or equivalent) certification required.
Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience (hematology preferred).
