    -Maintaining customer specific price list and stock in various portals/ERP systems.
    -Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise update company and customer websites/portals.
    -All other duties as assigned for the growth of sales revenue

    Job Qualifications:
    -Associates degree preferred. 2+ years in a sales/customer service role
    -Strong computer skills and technical knowledge - i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    -Ability to work with others in a dynamic team environment filling gaps as necessary
    -Customer Service Experience Business to Business
    -Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, to record daily activity and generate reports

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    *Responsible for maintenance of vacant apartment units and preparing for rent ready condition.
    *Diagnosing and making repairs: appliance installation/repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring (carpet/tile), interior/exterior lighting, dry wall, equipment, roofing (when needed), structural, concrete and asphalt.
    *Responsible for completing work orders.
    *Adhere to maintenance schedule for maintenance coverage at the property.
    *Make sure inventory is tracked and secured at all times.
    *Inspect property grounds and property equipment daily for safety and cleanliness.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    - High School Diploma or Equivalent
    - Minimum 1+ Year of Apartment Maintenance Experience
    - Must Pass Background Screening and drug screening
    - Friendly and focused on Customer Service
