Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing case updates.
Manage an active caseload under the guidance and supervision of senior attorneys.
Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Conduct all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, reviewing document productions, and preparing discovery motions.
Take and defend depositions, including preparing clients and witnesses.
Appear at court hearings, case management conferences, and other proceedings.
Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, motion practice, and trial strategy.
Participate in bench and jury trials as experience and case needs allow.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and achieve successful client outcomes.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
2-5 years of litigation experience; family law experience is preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Will be required to act as a coach, mentor, instructor, resource advisor for new employees and provide effective onboarding services to new clients.
Also act as point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor.
May also focus on working with customers who have a high complexity and/or volume practice with a specialized focus requiring outstanding phlebotomy skills.
In addition, these practices require a higher level of customer facing skills including verbal and written communications, problem solving, and collaboration with multiple functions, such as: Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, IT connectivity, Billing, and Logistics due to their specialty and or complex test orders.
Must be capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Shift/Time Zone: As a float the shift times could vary, 7-8hrs/day, any where starting at 6:00am to as late as 3:30pm

The SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department.
Functions performed may include but are not limited to A-station, pre-sort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, imaging/microfilming, centrifugation and aliquoting.
All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner.
Job is complex and requires that employee have good organization skills and is able to learn and understand specimen types related to test(s) ordered by client.
This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction.
Additionally, since many changes do occur from day to day, great flexibility on the part of the SPT I is required.
The SPT I will be exposed to many different demands made by the customer.
Department is a production environment, with emphasis on productivity/quality standards and departmental completion times.
Works in a biohazard environment, practicing good safety habits.
Communicates effectively with all levels of staff.
This is a tech-ops team opening. Helping the team to pick up, sort and deliver specimens from the accessioning team and delivering them to their appropriate testing labs.
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of computers with a preferred knowledge of laboratory testing and/or laboratory specimen processing.
Previous laboratory experience preferred.
Medical background preferred which includes medical terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory.
Previous hospital laboratory experience is a plus
Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
Position requires standing, lifting, and moving the majority of the shift
Able to sit or stand for long periods.
Data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour.

Keeps work area neat and clean.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills that foster a positive environment.
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
Must have to the ability learn and understand the compliance regulations related to test ordering which may change on a daily basis.
Shift/Time Zone: Sunday-Thursday 2:00PM - 10:30PM
