    Support ongoing purification operations on the manufacturing floor, including Capture step operations, filtration (NF, UF/DF)unit operations, chromatography column performance/integrity and drug substance formulation/bottling

    Troubleshoot process issues

    Monitor and evaluate process operation data for downstream operations

    Provide on-call coverage on a rotation to support MFG operation

    Collaborate with manufacturing staff to find ways to continuously improve the consistency and robustness of process operations

    Support Quality System with consistent and well documented response to process operations events to support investigations, deviation closure as well assistance to change control/CAPA as appropriate

    Qualifications:

    B.S. with minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience (downstream PD or MSAT preferred)

    M.S with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience (downstream PD or MSAT preferred)

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Associates Degree preferred, but not required

    1 - 2 years of experience in human resources administration and/or a call center environment required

    Familiarity with and ability to adhere to standard call center metrics, including Call Volume,

    Average Handle Time, Wrap, Schedule Adherence and attendance and punctuality

    Experience with HR systems, such as HRIS, Applicant Tracking and HR Reporting (such as Business Objects)

    Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.

    Job Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent required .

    Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

    Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

    5+ years phlebotomy experience required , inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

    2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

    Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

    Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.

    Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

    Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.

    Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

    Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

    Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.

    Customer service in a retail or service environment strongly preferred.

    Keyboard/data entry experience.

    Floaters travel in between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at whatever site they are covering for that day.

    They must also have a clean driving record. Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.

    Float with min 5 years' experience, leadership, and customer service skills.

    Shift/Time Zone: Eastern Standard 6am - 4pm including weekends
