Project Management
Manage and coordinate multiple BAS/BMS installation projectsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetMaintain project accounting, contracts, and documentation
Coordination & Communication
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate construction activitiesCollaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teamsBuild and maintain strong client relationships
Technical Oversight
Review project drawings, specifications, and schematicsUnderstand and develop sequences of operationsEnsure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
Operational Excellence
Track project progress and address risks proactivelyMeet tight and shifting deadlinesContinuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated with industry trends
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in:
o HVAC controls
o Building Automation / BMS / BAS / DDC systems
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in:
o AutoCAD
o Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret:
o Electrical schematics
o Project drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)Experience working with consulting engineers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Automated Logic controlsFamiliarity with:
