Swope, Rodante P.A. is seeking a highly motivated trial attorney with more than 2 years of experience to join our firm in Ybor City, Florida. This is an opportunity to represent individuals who have suffered a catastrophic injury, families who have lost a loved one, and consumers who have been victimized by their insurance company or lawyers.
Our firm is at the cutting edge of the law, and we routinely handle appeals on novel legal issues, including appeals to the Florida Supreme Court and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Who You Are:
A member of the Florida Bar in good standing with more than 2 years of experienceHave experience in civil litigation, preferably with trial experience in commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, or other complex civil litigationHave strong academic credentials and demonstrated analytical abilityDetail-oriented, with a commitment to producing exceptional work productInterested in complex and evolving legal issues, including those that may challenge existing precedentHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlinesA team-oriented professional who is engaged, receptive to mentorship, and actively contributesDriven, hardworking, and committed to achieving outstanding results for clientsA quick and adaptable thinker who thrives in a litigation environment
