    Job Summary

    Operations Agent effectively manages and performs the weight and balance functions in conformance with aircraft specifications, limitations, safety procedures and standards.

    Your activities

    Coordinate ramp offload and loading activities.Coordinate crew wake up and pick up timesPrepare flight documents including flight plans, weather briefings, NOTAMs, etc.Prepare flight messages including arrival and departure messages, load messages, etc.Monitor emails and messages.Reporting required information to designated flight dispatch for flight planning purposes.Accurately prepare and send LDM and CPM messages per carrier standards.Post flight review of flight folder ensuring all required documents present and checklists complete.Complete load planning including cargo and baggage as required.Prepare NOTOC for crew based on cargo load, if required.Maintain personal qualifications in all required areas, i.e. weight and balance, dangerous goods, etc.Accurately prepare weight and balance load sheets and trim data for the flight, if required.Coordinate and transmit information to centralized load control, if required.Coordinate fueling activities and liaise with fuelers.Liaise with catering companies as required.Coordinate boarding of passengers with cabin and flight crew.Verify baggage reconciliation prior to departure.Act as Account Supervisor when Supervisor is not present.Other duties as assigned

    Job Summary



    The Station Trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom and on-the-job training (OJT), airline specific training, sign-offs and evaluating performance of employees at station within their designated area of expertise.     Job Responsibilities Deliver detailed training in various formats such as instructor and virtual instructor led training, e-learning, self-directed training, on-the-job training, and relevant training materials. Ability to travel up to 10% with the ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada to support job responsibilities.     Job Summary The Traveling GSE Technician - Technical Trainer is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across multiple Swissport stations. This individual will travel frequently to support local maintenance teams, perform diagnostics and repairs, ensure fleet reliability, and train local technicians in best practices and new technologies.

    The role is hands-on and highly mobile, intended for a seasoned technician who excels in the field and is passionate about developing the next generation of Swissport technicians.

    Key Responsibilities Travel to various Swissport stations across the U.S. and Canada to conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs on GSE assets. Serve as a technical subject matter expert while on assignment-coaching, mentoring, and training local Swissport technicians. Lead hands-on training in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining gas, diesel, electric, and hydraulic-powered GSE, including loaders, pushbacks, belt loaders, GPU/ASU units, and deicers. Perform preventive maintenance and overhauls per established schedules and procedures. Diagnose and repair powerplant, drivetrain, brake, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. Respond to emergency GSE breakdowns at remote locations and perform on-call maintenance as needed. Complete and ensure accuracy of all maintenance documentation in Maximo and other systems per Swissport, airport authority, and regulatory standards. Inspect GSE for safety compliance and quality control; recommend adjustments or improvements as needed. Retrieve, order, and manage repair parts as necessary while onsite. Uphold Swissport's standards in safety, quality, and professionalism while representing the brand at different stations. Serve as a liaison between GSE operations and station management to ensure operational readiness. Support station start-ups, fleet upgrades, and new technician onboarding as required. Certification in one of the following trades: Heavy Duty, Commercial Vehicle, or Automotive Mechanic (must be in good standing). Minimum 3-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing GSE or similar equipment. Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including air travel and short-notice deployments. Strong technical training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred. Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., Maximo). Competence in Microsoft Office and mobile diagnostics tools. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied outdoor conditions, including extreme cold and heat.

    Travel Willing to travel when necessary for training and service needs or to assist other SP stations with GSE needs as required
