We are seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to oversee janitorial and facilities services within a prestigious, globally recognized museum environment. About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for service delivery, ensuring all operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day janitorial and facility operations across assigned buildings Deliver white-glove service aligned with the expectations of a premier cultural institution Build and maintain a strong client relationship, ensuring an exceptional experience at all times Manage, coach, and develop custodial teams to achieve peak performance Oversee quality control, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support seamless operations Partner with leadership on staffing, employee relations, and performance management Maintain accurate payroll, reporting, and operational documentation Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Qualifications Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities management (floor care experience highly preferred) Proven ability to manage operations in a high-touch, client-facing environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Exceptional communication skills and professional presence Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency Experience with inspections, quality control, and safety programs Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Required Skills Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities management Strong leadership skills Exceptional communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pay range and compensation package Salary: $75K What Makes This Role Unique: Opportunity to support a world-renowned museum environment where excellence is the standard.
