    Responsible for providing maintenance & technical support to all manufacturing equipment relating to downs, repairs, projects, and preventative maintenance. Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of planned and unplanned maintenance of equipment, in compliance with regulation & standards. Will support investigation & resolve of complex technical issues.
    Responsibilities
    · Actively participate in cleanliness and 6S standards within maintenance area and maintenance team (includes desks, tool cribs, work benches, etc.)
    · Provide the utmost level of internal customer satisfaction to all production teams by means of production support, technical troubleshooting, and communication.
    · Troubleshoot and assess all electrical problems, PLC diagnosis, motors, drives, encoders, and circuit schematics.
    · Works with minimal direct supervision and leads peers to accomplish technical production support tasks and troubleshooting.
    · Identifies, solves, and communicates equipment related maintenance issues and downs.
    · Support all of production equipment via troubleshooting and technical expertise
    · Completion of preventative maintenance on periodic schedules per documented procedures and work instructions, as business needs are demanded.
    · Identifying preventative maintenance scheduling improvements to support equipment uptime.
    · Work closely with engineering and operation teams to recommend, specify, and implement upgrades, replacements, and new equipment purchases.
    · Diligent in supporting and providing direction in all individual and team equipment downs, repairs, projects, PMs, and other work orders, and clearing roadblocks for other technicians.
    · Reaction and closure of maintenance work orders through maintenance software system.
    · Execute and own transformational projects for cost, quality, process improvements within operations, maintenance, and engineering.
    · Documents results of all projects, providing in depth analysis on improvements and opportunities and communicates to team leader and team members as needed.
    · Provide mentoring to other process specialists and MPLs within Instruments Campus to expand knowledgebase of technical processes.
    · Consults and acts as liaison of operations and engineering team with advanced operations to design and plan solutions for implementing new technology on production floor.
