    Construction Representative - Remote

    We are currently seeking a Construction Representative to join our team, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Construction Representative will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    This role is field-based, with work conducted from a specified field office. Travel to various project sites within the United States region is required.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects

    - Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements

    - Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

    - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

    - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

    - Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction and implement solutions to keep the project on track

    - Communicate updates and progress to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis

    - Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures

    - Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant paperwork

    - Conduct final inspections and oversee the completion of punch lists to ensure all work is completed to the client's satisfaction

    - Provide support and guidance to the project team, including contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel

    - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve construction processes and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or residential construction

    - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

    - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

    - Strong organizational and time-management skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Job Description:

    Client Service Manager (CSM) will support field service operations for our private and Public Safety customers in the States through customer service and support activities. This customer-facing role will report to the Northeast Regional Service Manager.

    The CSM will hold ranging responsibilities include but not limited to; oversight of installation, contract negotiation and warranty support, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and oversight of infrastructure equipment.

    Pay: $28.00 - $37.00

    Essential Functions:
    Employ their basic understanding of project management, system engineering, and customer facing skillsDeliver quality service level agreement (SLA) compliance and create key performance indicator (KPI) support statisticsAttain financial objectivesManage subcontractors to ensure obligations and high standards of workmanship are metManage existing two-way radio maintenance contracts in accordance with signed agreementsInterface with the customers staff to resolve issues and propose problem solutionsWork with our Authorized Service Centers and Network Solution ProvidersDevelop quotes in response to Request for Information (RFI) or Requests for Proposal (RFP) as requiredReview and approve vendor invoicesOversee contract negotiation and approve customer invoicingOn-call in a managerial role to provide support and problem escalation role between vendors, field technicians, customers and our factory/engineering organizations
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree and 2 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
    Preferred Additional Skills:
    Experience in a field service delivery organization, PSAP, emergency management, or team lead.Experience managing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) radio communication technicians and daily operations, along with negotiating maintenance contracts and renewals.Proven leadership in land mobile radio systems, mobile data, microwave networks, TCP/IP-based networks, fiber optic networks, VoIP, VPN, or 911 systems.Knowledge of telecommunication systems including T1, Microwave, and IP NetworksMust be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize activities & assignmentsMust be customer centric and inherently understand customer service and customer satisfactionGood communication skills both verbal and writtenComputer skills must include being proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programsMust have a valid drivers license.Experience with support infrastructure related to communications systems including but not limited to: Tower Construction, Antenna Systems Installation and Testing, Shelter Construction and Installation (HVAC, Electrical, UPS and DC Power Systems), Generators, Transfer Switches and Fuel systems, Alarm sensors and interfacing to the communications system for SCADA remote monitoring.     In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Washington State and New York State is $58,500 - $108,500. For California, Seattle and New York City, the salary range for this role is $67,500 - $125,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Sweve Tech also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
