Required Experience and Skills CPA preferred. Bachelor's in Accounting. Master's in Taxation (preferred). 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations. Experience with Real Estate Tax preferred. Comprehensive understanding of tax law. Strong review skills of 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 returns. Strong tax research experience and skills. Strong leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management. Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season. Benefits
