As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement while delivering exceptional client services and strategic case management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims through settlementEvaluate case value and maximize client recoveryDevelop and execute effective case strategiesMaintain proactive and compassionate communication with clients throughout life cycle of the caseReview and negotiate demands and settlementsCollaborate closely with a team and supervising attorneys for case progressionIdentify matters requiring litigation escalation and coordinate appropriate transitionsDeliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism and urgencySupervise and give guidance to assigned Case ManagersQualifications

As a Litigation Paralegal you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files through Litigation PhasesMaintain litigation files using cloud-based legal softwareGather and organize supporting documentationCommunicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved partiesAssist with depositions, witness preparation, legal research, and prepare/manage trial exhibitsEnsure files progress efficiently and timelyDeliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
2+ years Civil Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation relative experience requiredStrong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedureExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with follow throughAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentBilingual abilities highly valued but not required
