You will lead the design, analysis, and inspection of civil/structural projects, ensuring compliance with codes and client standards. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from inception to completion and mentor junior staff.

  Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSwaysland Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a South Florida based structural engineering firm whose primary focus is developing repair procedures for existing structures, including high-rise residential buildings, hotels, parking garages, and commercial buildings.
  
  As a Staff Engineer your main responsibility will be assisting Professional Engineer’s on various tasks associated with repair projects. Tasks can include existing condition assessments, preparation of repair plans and specifications, inspection of on-going repair work and various project management tasks. Staff Engineer’s will have multiple projects assigned to them at any given time making time management an important aspect of the job. You will be exposed to multitudes of existing building construction, repair procedures and construction techniques.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Site Inspections: Assist in conducting site inspections to assess the condition and progress of structural projects. Document findings and collaborate with senior engineers to address any issues.Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documents, including inspection reports, project plans, and technical specifications.
