    We are looking for a Plumbing Technician for our Residential Plumbing Crew.  The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position and includes rotating on-calls.  This position has high earning potential, pays by piece rate and is eligible for commissions on any upsells.  

    Key Responsibilities:

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Residential Plumbing Technician.  The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position and includes rotating on-calls.  This position has high earning potential, pays by piece rate and is eligible for commissions on any upsells.  

    Key Responsibilities:

    Install water heaters, boilers, water supply lines, drain and sewer lines, gas lines, and other residential plumbing systems and equipment.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and local codes.Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and team productivityUse various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, monometers, etc.)Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacementLead and mentor plumbing apprentices by providing training, assigning tasks, monitoring performanceDocument details on all calls including estimates and recommendationsComplete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

    Qualifications & Requirements

    2+ years of residential plumbing installation experiencePrevious experience as residential plumberExperience with re-pipes, drain/sewer systems, water heaters, and residential plumbing installationsKnowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferredProficient with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, and cast iron pipingKnowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codesJourneyman license is a plusValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to work cohesively with team members, apprentices, and managementStrong communication and professionalism with customers and team members

    Work Environment:
