Job Summary: SVS Vision Receptionists will be responsible for creating a positive first impression that the patient receives when they walk into our stores. Optical receptionists work as part of a team of eye care professionals including optometrists. The receptionists main priorities are to assist clients either over the phone or in person, while getting the opportunity to build relationships with patients. They are also responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish.
