Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an entry level Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Analyst to provide support for a large, complex modeling and simulation (M&S) Verification , Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) project. This position will collaborate with engineers, software developers, analysts, and subject matter experts to conduct VV&A of models and simulations that are used to support all aspects of research, development, test, and evaluation. The Analyst will review data and create detailed analysis of the results. This position will require a significant amount of high-quality technical writing that informs users of the simulation of its strengths and limitations.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesWrite VV&A plans and reports.Assist with identifying M&S intended use statements, defining M&S requirements to satisfy the intended uses, and generating acceptability criteria to determine if the M&S requirements are met.Conduct M&S risk assessments.Conduct accreditation and V&V activities/tasks.Interface with program personnel, engineers, and subject matter experts.
Minimum Qualifications of Survivability Engineer/Analyst
Bachelor of Science in degree in Aerospace Engineering or Physics. Strong writing skills with ability to inform lay audiences of highly technical analyses required.Ability to work in small groups and interface productively with customers and outside agencies required.Experience with EM and IR propagation, datalinks, air combat, or military weapons a significant plus.M&S experience desired.VV&A experience helpful but not required.

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support our Michigan Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Mechanical Engineer
Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment
Design or redesign mechanical devices, creating blueprints so the device can be built
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports for mechanical components
Identify, review and recommend necessary modifications to ensure product conforms to engineering design and performance specifications
Plan, coordinate, or monitor the selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation and maintenance of components, ensuring optimal manufacturing or component performance
Conduct root cause failure analysis and develop solutions for product malfunctions or issues
Minimum Qualifications of Mechanical Engineer

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Multidisciplinary Senior Engineer to support our Patuxent Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Multidisciplinary Senior Engineer Provide technical subject matter expertise for the planning and development of V&V plans, reports, and data analysis for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).The JSE provides a realistic, high-fidelity simulated threat environment for multiple 5th generation fighter aircraft and other front-line DoD aircraft.The successful candidate will bring subject matter expert analysis capabilities to help establish the credibility of the JSE. In addition to the overarching planning, briefing, and reporting of V&V efforts, the successful candidate will assist with understanding and evaluating flight test data and corresponding M&S data and how to statistically compare those types of data.
Minimum Qualifications of Multidisciplinary Senior Engineer
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics related field and 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably 8+ years of relevant experience).
